In the last tip we looked at how to check for updates. This tip will focus on how you can change the maximum number of results that is displayed every time you perform a search.

Let us assume that you want to search for emails in "Jul 2015". But unfortunately, you are unable to find "Jul 2015" under the "Calendar" option under "Date" in FewClix. This is because only the most recent 1000 email results are displayed.

Here is how you can increase the number of search results that are displayed.

Step 1

Click on the "" icon in FewClix and find "Maximum number of results to be displayed" under "Preferences".

 

Step 2

Change the "Maximum number of results to be displayed" from 1000 to 1500 (or any higher number that is lesser than 5000).

 

Step 3

Now click on "Date" and select "Calendar" Option. You will find that you can now select "Jul 2015".
